| What it Means to be a Christian |
We believe:
God created the universe, and us.
God loves us deeply, unselfishly and without reservation.
We can have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Our sins separate us from God. Our relationship with Christ brings us closer to God.
Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. As we turn toward Christ and away from sin, we allow God to direct our life through prayer, worship and service to others.
We cannot earn God's grace. God gives that to us freely, lovingly, when we accept Christ as our Savior.
We are meant to come together as children of God for worship, fellowship, and to praise God.
We all have unique gifts ~ time, talents and treasures for helping to grow God's kingdom on earth.
