Promoting the general involvement of all members. ******************************** Directions to the Softball Fields Duneland: Take 49 North towards Chesterton.  At the stoplight for 1100 N turn left (west).  There is a Nissan dealership on one side and a new Round the Clock restaurant on another.  Take 1100 N west past Chesterton High School.  It is on the corner of 1100 and Meridian (11th Street).  Duneland field is on the southside of 1100 just past 50 W.  Across the street is a church and Dogwood Park.  Pull through the gate, park in the front and walk to the field behind the buildings.  This was formerly called Victory Park. Immanuel Lutheran: Located behind the church on Glendale.  The best place to park is on Sturdy Road.  From Glendale, turn south on Sturdy.  The field is behind the first house on the west side of the road.  Make sure you do not block the house, driveway, or walk thrugh their yard.  There is a big garden next to the house with a tree line seperating the two properties.  If you park on Sturdy, walk between the garden and the tree line to the field. Valpo First Baptist: Located behind the church on Campbell Street next to Dykes Funeral Home just a little south of Valparaiso High School.  Make sure you park in the church parking lot.  DO NOT park in the apartment lot next to the field. Vineyard: Take Sturdy Road south of Route 30 by Graceland Cemetery.  Stay to the right as the road "Y"'s.  After you go under the railroad bridge take the first road to the right.  The field is just before the first houses you will see on the right hand side.  There is a driveway that leads to a parking lot for the field. Washington Evan. Free:  Take 49 South, exit 49 onto Rt 2 East (opposite direction of Target).  Take Rt. 2 East about a quarter of a mile and you will see Washington Evangelical Church on the left side of the road.
