My favorite season is creeping up on us! Cooler temperatures, some of the trees’ fall colors are making an appearance, and Pumpkin Spice everything is back! I love the transition from season to season because it is a reminder that it is constant and that there is something to look forward to on the horizon.
Here at FPCV so many changes have happened and will happen in the future that will further strengthen who we are as the hands and feet of God in this place and our community. Need examples? I have a few:
The Presbyterian Church Resale Shop had the most amazing re-grand opening week embraced with love and support from so many.
The Faith Formation program year kicked off last week with fuller rooms than last year with the addition of a new Sunday Bible Study (that got rave reviews) and the PWNS past, present, and future celebration!

Phew!!! Now I know God is everywhere, but I do believe the Spirit is quite busy in our neck of the woods.
Friends, I encourage you to embrace the change in the season in your life as it is inevitable; it is constant. Even if it has bitter moments, it can also bring about great promise for the future.
